Should I start over??

OK, Im pikachu and my partner is turtwig. I have beaten the game, and I started to cheat. Now I can't go in certain dungeons, I can't recruit any legendaries, and when I try to go to the 10 floor of a dungeon, I am at the end of beach cave, and it says "this is the end of the dungeon and blah blah blah..." Should I start over?!?! Please tell me!!!!!!!!

Some dungeons give you restrictions on how much pokemoney or how many items you can carry in side of them and so on. About ending up at the Beach Cave, that I have no clue.
