I don't know... I doubt it affects it, but you never know. Have you been recruiting legendaries, I.E. Not doing missions on the two boards? It generally takes 3 to seven days of doing optional missions for Manaphy to show up. Just be paitent.

I don't think it would I got after like 10 missions but what do you mean by you can't evolve cause I think I was able to evolve BEFORE manaphy came back

I think you need scicor by talking to mr.mine next to kelcon shop,oh and regigigas I don't know how to get him.(if you need help try Serebii.Net it's Net not com)

Ninja534, you did it in the correct order. Besides, I don't think it will affect it. After you beat Darkrai, your starter and partner should be able to evolve.

It won't affect manaphy's return for sure and by the way whatever lvl you are it might be that if you haven't notice.

I think you need to get manaphy because I tryed to evolve again , but I havent gotten palkia. Ill see if I can find the reason
