You can, but I'm not EXACTLY surewhen. Chimecho opens tis thing called member assembly and then you can add perpons to your team! I HOPE THIS HELPS.
You can but You have to Beat Drowzee and I think you have to do a couple of missions after that
Yes, but Chimecho has to opened his member asembally thing. To see what Pokemon can join you, open Other on the pause menu and click on Recrutment Search.
