How do the Pokemon in the game evolve cuse my pokemon are at lvl 24 and still havent evoled

Beat the game and go to wiscash's area there will be a cave in the platform go in

To evole them you must beat the first part of the game which is defeating Rayquaza and stoping the Meteor.Then where Wishcash is,the middle circle there will be a cave,to enter it you must be at a certain level for the Pokemon to eveole and,also come alone to enter it.

You have to beat the game !!! To unlock the evoloution cave.
