Hi I have played this game for a long time now
 I have a couple of quetions
 1. I have done stormy sea recuted kyroge but I do not have buried relic or a letter
 
 2.i can't get rayquasa he hard to get.(i have friend bow)
 
 Is mews friend area finil ilend and what lv is it on

ANSWERS

1. Are you sure your Mailbox isn't full?

2. If you do have the Friend Bow, make sure you have a Pokemon Lv. 30 or over. His base recruitment rate is -10, so he's hard anyway. Your best chance(Lv. 90 or over w/ Friend Bow) would be 24%, so just keep trying.

3.Yes, Mew's friend area is Final Island, and I think it costs 6,500 poke. As for what level it is, I don't know that. Sorry!

1. Well you have to do a few rescue missions after that to get the buried relic mission

2. Ratquaza has a low chance like groudon to get on your team it's in the negatives youd need a lvl 90 pokemon

3. And yes mews friend area is final island
