I have a todotile and a charmander. They have both reached evolving level (level 18 and 16) but they have not evolved.
Why not?
And in my walkthrough book it says that they don't need a stone to evolve.

They don't evolve until you beat reqaza then luminis cave will open up and snubbul evolves into what ever it is but it tells you that now you can evolve
You need to clear the main story to evolve. After you complete the story, go to Whiscash pond. In the center, there should be a hole. You go there to evolve.
After you beat rayquaza and finish the story line luminous cave will open up and will allow you to evolve. You must come alone

You have to beat the game and go to the Evolution Rock alone.

Because you have nt beat the game you cannot evolve till then.
why do you be alone when you beat raquazer? i dont get it... is there any ways to be together?
