Hello I have a cuple more questions...
 
 1. How many levels can the Pokemon go?
 2. How do you get Mt. Faraway?
 3. What does Lugia want when you have reached it?
 4. How do you get regice, regirock and registeel to join your team?

I don't have an answer for question 1, sorry

2: you get mt faraway by beating suicune in northwind field

3: Lugia doesnt want anything, you just have to fight it

4: after you get your music box you can go through the rest of the buried relic, then go back againn while bringing the music box and they MIGHT join you. If you don't bring the music box, you are not able to get them as they will just keep dropping rock, steel, or ice parts

1) Level? If you say about the level of Pokemon then Lv100 is the maximum value. If you mean floor then the dungeon has the most floor is 99F
2) Complete a series of dungeon Fiery Field --(unlock)--> Lightning Field --(unlock)--> Northwind Field --(unlock--> Mt. Faraway. The event can be triggered by obtaining HM Surf from Solar Cave, then talk to Spinda and you are granted access to Fiery Field
3) It will definitely join you if you have space for it (Lugia has the size of 4 stars)
4) You have to bring Music Box (or part that fall from Regi, but you can only recruit the one whose part is being kept in your Toolbox). Good luck.
