I beat Stormy Sea but I didn't get any mail or anything like that afterward. I then did lots of missions and stuff but still, nothing happened! I even went down to the Stormy Sea and beat it again , but still no mail came. Am I doing something wrong, or is there some thing specific I need to do? Or, does it just take a long time?

You will have to clean up the Mail Box first (outside your HQ), leave at least one space for the mail to arrive, then go to Pokemon Square and talk to Lombre then Shiftry.
It takes a while to get mail again. But if you have gotten 50 Newsletters, you won't get anymore.
