ANSWERS

There are only 2 TMs has specific location. The other can be found scatter in the dungeon. Some can be found only inside walls (e.g Hyper Beam, Protect, Thunder, etc.). The two TMs I said about is Wide Slash (50BF of Far-off Sea in a keyed chamber) and Vacuum-Cut (75BF of Far-off Sea in a keyed chamber)

HM Cut: 80BF of Buried Relic [Requirement: Key + Water Pokemon or Pokemon with Super Mobile/All-Terrain Hiker]
HM Fly: 30F of Wyvern Hill [Key]
HM Surf: 20BF of Solar Cave [Water Pokemon]
HM Strength: 60BF of Buried Relic [Ghost Pokemon or Pokemon with Super Mobiler]
HM Flash: 70BF of Buried Relic [Key]
HM Rocksmash: 45BF of Buried Relic [Key]
HM Dive: given by Wishcash, if lost can be found at 10BF of Solar Cave [Key]
HM Watrfall: 15BF of Solar Cave [Key + Water Pokemon or Pokemon with Super Mobile/All-Terrain Hiker]
