Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I have a couple of questions. O.K. Here they are.

1.Who should I bring to Silver Trench? Heres a list of my strongest team members: Riachu lvl.29, Quilava lvl.28, Absol lvl.27, Kyogre lvl.25, Latias lvl.28, Latios lvl.30, Zapdos lvl.45, Moltres lvl.52, and Articuno lvl.55.

2. What items shold I bring to Silver Trench?

3. I need wondermail for HM Surf.

4. I need wondermail for HM Dive.

P.S. I accidently lost HM Surf and HM Dive.

For silver trench I would recemend your Riachu and Zapdos. If you have joyus tower you should go there and get a grass type like bulbasaur or treeko.

The items you should bring should proberly be:cleanse orb,dive HM(of course),escape orb,huge apples,max elixirs,persim band,petrify orb and reviver seeds.

Ok, first of all, you are way to underleveld. But that must make you pretty good to make it through some of the other dungeons.
I would at least go to the 40's thoug I personally would go at 55.
To get wondermail go to upokecenter.com/games and go to mystery dungeon and wondermail generator. Its amazing!!You can get joy seeds statues, etc
