Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I need at least five Wonder Mail for Frustration. I'm preparing for a battle with Jirachi in Wish Cave. Wonder Mail (at least three) for Friend bow would be nice... Thanks to anyone who answers.
