Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

TO ALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE A AR CHEAT DEVICE.
How do you get the AR codes back on my AR for this game,It cut me off at 2nd Pokemon cheats or something like that.

I think you just get the codes back by updating it on the computer.
