What are the recruitment rates for Entei,Raikou,Suicune?

All three legendary dogs have a recruitment rate of .1% add in Friend Bow and level, and that is how easy they will be to recruit.

Wish Cave is a level 1 reduction dungeon. So no matter what level the Pok�mon you take in, they will start there as level 1. I suggest using either Charizard or Alakazam in there, as they are the easiest to go up with.

I would say for Western Cave, Buried Relic, and Silver Trench, that you should be at least level 50, and in Western Cave floors 50 through 60 are Sandstorms. Western Cave and Buried Relic are good for a high level Charizard. And Silver Trench a high level Electric or Grass type.

All the dogs have a recruitment rate of 0.1%. Equip your lead Pok�mon with a Friend Bow, which adds a 10% recruitment bonus. Use this Level Recruitment Chart to help you:

Level 0-29 adds 0%
Level 30-39 adds 5%
Level 40-49 adds 7.5%
Level 50-59 adds 10%
Level 60-69 adds 12.5%
Level 70-79 adds 15%
Level 80-89 adds 17.5%
Level 90-100 adds 24%

You should be 50-60+ before enterting those dungeons. But some reset your level to 1, JUST FOR THAT DUNGEON.

I don't know about western cave or wish cave because I have never cleared them.
