ANSWERS

You have to go to Wyvern Hill, which has 30 floors. The Fly HM is on floor 30 behind a locked door, so don't forget to bring a key.

Solar Cave floor 30 I believe and you need a key

You go to a place called Wyvern Hill. It's only unlocked if you get the the Dragon Cave Friend Area. You'll need to do a special mission that you can only get through Wonder Mail. I do not know the password. I'm sorry. You'll need to bring a Key to open a treasure chest on the 30th floor. Bring Ice Pokemon. It's crawling with Dragon-types.

I don't know a lot about this rescue except that it is Level E and you get HM Fly for it.
