1.How do you get all the ledgendary pokemon?
2.How do you become Squirtle on the test?
3.When does Pikachu learn Volt Tackle?

1. Recruiting them

3. When you have a light ball...attached it to a pikachu and breed it to another pickahu and the result is that the egg will be a pichu and it has Volt Tackle

1. By beating Rayquaza and going back, you may be able to recruit them. Use Friend Bow's for best results.
2. Saying that you're a bold boy, if I recall correctly.
3. Pikachu doesn't learn Volt Tackle in Mystery Dungeon.
4. Porygon is exclusive to Red Rescue Team.
5. Decript Lab.
6. Far-Off Sea.
7. Mystic Sea.

I only know #3
Pikachu does not learn volt tackle and there is no TM for it, the ONLY Pokemon in the game who can learn volt tackle is pichu at level 55 I think, so it is a LONG way to go, I'm trying to train right now for it, I'm at level 36, good luck with the other questions
