Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I have a couple of questions


1. What's the WM code for Surf
2. I can't get through Buried Relic. I have:
A lvl 40 Typlsholsion
A lvl 34 Pikachu
And a lvl 32 Absol

I have more than that, but that's the team I use when I have never gone into a dungeon

1. There is no code for Surf >_<.
2. Try training Pikachu up to Level 40, you'll need a type advantage over some things.
