Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Hi all.i bought this game 1 week ago and I have a lvl 65 charizart with 43 blastoise.i am already in the field of suicune(too hard)andi want to ask some questions to the experts of the game:
1)how can I unlock joyous tower?
2)in which level does gastly envolves to hunter and then to gengar?
3)i must have all the friends areas and then the startes I find in missions

1. I think you unlock by recriuting one of the Legendary Birds (Sorry if this is wrong)
2. I don't know when Gastly evolves but when you get a haunter you must use a link cable to evolve it to Gengar.
3. Most starters can be found in the Joyous Tower but a Cubone can be found in the Southern Cavern and a Squirtle can be found in the Waterfall Pond.

1.You must have the friend area Sky Blue Plains and complete the first mission of Pitfall valley.

2.I don't know

3.You just need the friend areas for the starters you find in missions to recruit them.
