Ok.im going to be serious here.i need to know how to recruit gardevoir.ive beaten the game and I'm on lvl 99.i know it goes to sky blue plains and I have that place.so where and how do I recruit it?what is it's recruit rate?

Gardevoir joins you onces you lead gengar some where (I think murky caves) and you found out that gengar was the bad Pokemon trainer.. Thats when you finish the game
You don't recruit a Gardevoir by defeating one. To recruit the Gardevoir that has appeared in your dreams since the beginning of the game, first rescue Medicham in Wish Cave, then escort Gengar to Mt. Freeze and take him to Ninetales. Then escort him through the Murky Cave to free Gardevoir's spirit. She will appear in Pok�mon Square the next day and ask to join your rescue team. She'll be at Level 5.
