First of all, that's a lousy Wonder Mail.

Secondly, there are 99 floors in Silver Trench.

Third, you can just ask the question without giving us any information like a Wonder Mail code.

Silver trench has 99 floors. It isn't too hard unless you are a Pokemon that's weak to water. Lugia is on the 99th floor.
