After beating the game...there will be a a hole unlocked in Whiscash Pond...it's called Luminous Cave...there you can evolve

Take it to the Luminous Cave at Whiscash Pond after you defeat Rayquaza for the first time. The Pok�mon must be alone.

You must first wait until you have finished the game.(beat Rayquaza).then a cave will open in wiscashes pond where you can evolve yourself.

After beating Rayquaza Caterpie will come to your house and say something weird has happened to Snubull. So you go to investagate,and you find GRANBULL (Snubull's evolve form) Snubull explains he went into a cave made by the comet after being destroyed and come out as Granbull! All you need to do is go down to do a mission (only 1 can enter the cave) and your partner will ask you if you want to be able to select a DIFFERENT Leader etc (it WILL be explained) after that send your partner away and press B ,TEAM,SUMMARY and your name,then go to the last page and it will say evolution possible,not now or not any more.Then go to the cave and EVOLVE!
PS:If you have a Pikacha or Eevee IT WILL SAY NOT POSSIBLE,but it's wrong! Just bring the item needed to evolve (Thunderstone,waterstone etc) then when you go the cave and asks you for an item give it the evolutionary item.
PPS:You do NOT need to give the cave an item to evolve if you have a Charmander,Mudkip etc.
