1. Should I evolve eevee into jolteon or espeon and what is the strongest move for eevee

1.Either is fine, however I'd suggest Espeon as it has awesome special attack and speed, to make for an excellent special sweeper. The best move for Eevee would be Iron Tail, obtainable by TM only.
2.Hydro Pump.
3.Sorry thats a feature that is for most girls only, as most girls fave colors is pink, and blue is for dudes; it's unchangable.
