Well I would suggest you give Treecko a stick or gravelrock to throw at moltres and use your water moves on moltres.and it would help if you could level up in the Makuhita dojo.

If you have Squirtle on your team Moltres shouldn't be that much of a threat, however Treecko can get easily pwned by him. Teach either of them attract to disable most of their best moves.

To defeat maltos with squirtle and treecko hmmm ok here we go.you have to gat about 15 reviver seed or you can gat about 10 joy seed(it lvls up your pokemon).
P.s.i hope you don't have to delete your game

Use Water Gun repeatedly as Squirtle. With Treecko, set it's move to use only the strongest one it knows.
