Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Help it's me again I have sky blue plains and I've rescued smeargle but I can't get joyous tower also my best attacks for mt faraway are swampert (ice beam) charizard (flamethrower) and absol (flamethrower/ thunderbolt)

Ok the all you have to do to get joyous tower is to recruit latias and latios and have sky blue plains then the next day you will see ekans and medicham by wiscashes pond.You go up to them and they speak about a cave.Then you go and do a normal mission and repeat the process untill the only person there is ekans.When this is done go to the pelipper post office and look on the bullitin board and there will be a rescue for medicham in wish cave.

Note: this also unlocks Wish cave.

Mt.faraway for me the easiest of those four dungeons (suicune etc...) and you should take a tight belt and a few reviver seeds to help you.

You need to clear pitfall valley to unlock joyous tower and get the sky blue plains which you al ready have
