To get WESTERN CAVE you must RECRUIT Ho-oh on the second time you beat him (you will get him the second time you beat him no matter what because his percentage is 99.9.)Ho-oh's body size is **** and Entei's is *,also both can not be recruited the first time you battle them.
PS:I'm pretty sure Calcium raises your special defence by 1 level but I am not positive and I don't have any WM but there is a ton of WM for Calcium in the USER SUBMITTED CHEATS SECTION.
