How can I get a bunch of Joy seeds or a kingsRock?

I have both versons of the game can I get The hero and Partner?

Im not sure what you mean by getting the hero or partner as you have a hero and partner at the begining of the game.

Yes you can get a bunch of wondermails and joy seeds by wondermail.
