People who have no clue what they're talking about should refrain from posting, don't you think? *sigh*
Of course you can get the answers you need to get Mudkip or any of the other choices. Just go to the forums, I think there's a topic pinned on the first page near the top about "Personality Tests" which should help you, or go to the walkthrough for RED Rescue Team and look for the Personality Test in the walkthrough section there as they're the same for both versions. And if at first you don't succeed, try again, there's a lot of questions. You get Mudkip by being Timid Girl or Calm Boy, (but I'm far from timid, so I dunno how that worked as I just answered blindly), and just answer according to the stuff they tell you to answer & you'll get him pretty easily I'd guess.
Good luck, and don't believe everything you read, check it out as many just are trying to get points by answering anything or really don't know jack and just try to act like they do...check people's stats but don't always count on that either, but it usually helps some.

I don't know exactly but I was a mudkip and there well useful I have a swampert with wicked moves (surf icebeam dig hopefully soon 2 be earth quake and attract) just try to be calm as your personality + a boy
