There is no rare Pokemon tha are on the 99th floor only normal pokemon.

The only reason to go through that dungeon is to get the other starters like evee etc..

There is nothing special on the 99th floor. The only special thing about this dungeon is the recruits. Nearly all the starters are here such as bulbasaur and cyndaquil.

There is no rare Pokemon on the ninety-nineth floor of joyous tower like there is for wish cave's jirachi and purity forest's celebi, but there are some aerodactels, claydols, and salamences on the ninety- nineth floor

in joylous tower i think you recuit Jarachi or celabi but i heard you have to fight him
