Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Hey everyone I'm new here and I have some questions.Questions: #1 when I started my game I got far and I got to the Smeargle part but I went right past him so I had to start over. I started over and it happened again!! Can someone help me?!? #2 Can someone give me WM cheats for evolution items like Lunar Ribbon and for statues?

I don't know what you ean about smearlgle but pikachu learns iron tail from a tm.
Here are the wonder mail for the weavile and mime jr. Statues and all evolution items. I can't get out!
