Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team
Hey uhm, does anybody know how to meet or recruit Lucario. Im already Lukario rank, have Jirachi, Celibi, Kyoger, Groudon, Ho-Oh, Lugia, The 3 Legendary Dogs and Birds, Mwe and Mewtwo, Charizard and Blastiods, and mostly all my other common Pokemon on LV.100. I have also beat Dexis(sorry about the spelling) but he has not yet joined my team...Oh I also already help Gangar out by saving Gardiover... Thanx To Anyone who ANSWERS BACK, BYE!!!

Well first thing you cannot meet or recruit lucario. I'm not sure where you heard this but it is a rumour.
Well there is only one Forth generation Pokemon that you meet and it is munchlax I've heard that hecomes to town and when you feed him an apple he gives you a diet belt or something like that.(Im not entierly sure about giving him an apple and what he will give you because Havn't met him.)
BTW I forgot to mention you cannot recruit munchlax.

Sorry to say that lucario is not programmed into the game. There is no way to program him into it either so don't get and idea's like that. And deoxys is a VERY hard Pokemon to recruit so have a lvl.100 Pokemon holding a friend bow. And I recommend taking a cleanse orb just incase or a sticky trap. Hope I helped

As far as Lucario is concerned, you can only get the Ranking and the statue, which you should already have(if not empty 1 piece of mail out of your box), sorry. Not recruitable.
As far as Munchlax, you may in a random event get a shot to run into him in the Square, he'll ask for food or to help picking up apples. Do it to get the Munch Belt, which raises your Attack and Special Attack by 8 points, but lowers your belly faster. Also, not recruitable.
Deoxys should be relatively easy for you to recruit as you've gotten almost all of the rest already and you have the highest rank (though no one is sure if that matters or not), so I'd use a level 100 Pokemon and bring a Friend Bow to put on right before you get to the 20th floor, which is the only place to recruit him (you can't recruit the ones on the way up) and that should give you the best possible chance. If you don't have a friend bow, here's a WM code for one that's easy to get:
