What is a wonder mail generator, is there one that you don't have to download anything or can I do it manualy and how?

Well you can only download it and to do it manually would be almost impossible.
Im not sure I can give you the link for the website.But in the forums there is a thread called wondermail generater and you can ask there.

The only way to get the Wonder mail codes yourself, you must download it off of a site. You can also make requests for you to get wondermail codes from the people that have already downloaded it, then you will not have to download it, and you can still get the wonder mail codes. You can also, try to google the wonder mail codes that you are looking for, that way, you still don't need to download it.

It's not hard to download, and easy to use, too. Go to the WM Generator topic in the forum for this game(no rescues or SOS), page 1, first post to get the website to get it. You need to DL it and Windows.Net or something like that (it's right thereon the page you get the generator from) to make it work, then you can pick anything on the list, where you want to go get it, what type of mission(Escort, Dliver, find, help, etc) plus you can pick multiple prizes. It comes in really handy when you're trying to accomplish something specific or need extra items like Joy Seeds or Reviver Seeds, TM's, etc, and don't want to ask for 100 WM codes, but they'll give them to you there with some restrictions or someone will post them here or go look in the walkthroughs (WM FAQ's) or in User Submitted Cheats-there's tons of them there already.
If you pay attention to enough codes, you can see how some sets of numbers/letters keep coming up and compare different ones to try and "crack" the code, but there is a topic on how to save yourself in the Walkthrough section, that might give you an idea of how to try to do some manually, but unless you're really good at code breaking or cryptograms I think you'll have a hard time. I'd just ask, or get the generator if you really want to do a lot or do them for friends or whatever, but the program is safe and works fine, so I woul;dn't worry about harnm to your computer if that's the problem.
