Ok even Pokemon masters like me need help somtimes!
WAT level do you need to be to recruit Deoxys? In the stratagey book that my friend showed said that you have to have friend bow and a extremly high level and I entered my Articuno in...5 times! At level 93 please someone tell me!

Well at level 93 and a friend bow will bring his recruitment rate up from -10% to 24.9% so basicly it is a one in for chance of getting him.
Well like you can see below even with a 90+ pokemon and the friend bow his recruitment percentage is only 24%, my advice to you is to bring more than 1 friend bow (I think you can do that)
