Well, I can't tell where you are in the game, so it's tough to give you WM codes really-like I don't know if you've even finished the main story line or not! You can get HM Fly in the post-story part of the game or use a WM code for it, but you don't need it/cannot use it really if you're still in story mode, but it's in Wyvern Hill dungeon on the 30th Floor and you'll need a key to get to it. Or you could use a WM code to get it.
My suggestion without knowing too much, is to not worry so much about rescue points as I thought that a higher team rank would get you a better shot at recruiting, but I keep getting told otherwise, so it's probably a better idea to concentrate on leveling up your Pokemon and increasing their IQ's, as their levels will be better higher for multiple reasons, one being recruiting.

Now, you can go over to the forums and look for the Wonder Mail Generator topic and tell them where you are and they may be able to help get you some items or I could, too, but rescue points aren't really what you need to shoot for, you get some for every mission and I was at almost Lucario when I finished Story Mode and now have almost double those points but they don't do you much good really-there's way more important things-and I could give you a long list of A, S, and * missions that give a lot of rescue points, but not knowing where you are in the game makes that sort of silly. You can find a bunch listed in the Walkthroughs in this game's section called Wonder Mail FAQ-it's got a lot of good codes and a ton of high ranking missions, so you can check that out or ask for something more specific-I could make you a WM code in an easy dungeon for a specific item or something, but I need more info, OK. Feel free to post a more specific question and most likely I can be of more help.
