Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Here I go:
1. How do I get Mews friend 'Final Island'?
2. What is the recommended level to be when I go to the buired relic?

I really want to recruite Mew so I'm more concerned about the first question.

Mew's friend area is in the wiggltuff shop. I can't remember the price.I think it's 9500 though.2. Any level.

2 I was level 100 but I think it dupends on who you are I say like 80 to 100
