Hey can you recruit the regi Pokemon on your first time ? Or on your second time and if you can on the second time do the items they give when you defeat them help you recruit them ? Please answer fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only on your second time. You need either their part or the Music Box in your inventory to recruit them.
To recruit the Regi's you must have the music box and it would help if you had a friend bow aswell as a high level
Once you have gone through, and done everything, you must renter the cave, then you are able to get them, though they will be hard seeing as they are legendarys, and no, the items most likely won't help you defeat them.
