Hello I want to ask what is the highest level you can get because I have a level 100 swampert but what if others can go higher and if you use a joy seed on a level 100 will it go to the next level or will it go to waste?

The highest level you can get is 100. I don't know what what would happen if you gave a joy seed to one that is level 100.
Well theres no point giving it Joy Seeds as it is a waste of time.
So use your Joy Seeds on weaker Pokemon.
No, just like in every other Pok�mon game, the highest level is 100. If any Pok�mon is above that level, they cheated or it was a glitch.
