Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

How do you catch the legendary Pokemon as I have beaten rayquaza but can't recruit the legendary Pokemon and it's not a glitch as my game was new and in perfect condition?
Please answer as I'm confused.
Also, what level does wartortle and charmeleon evolve?

Both Pokemon are level 32

If your trying to recruit Rayquaza you must make sure your team is a size** or less as rayquaza is ****.make sure the leader makes the final blow and I THINK hes -10% recruitment so you need to have a high level leader and a friend bow.


Oh!! And wartortle evolves at lvl 36 so does charmeleon

Here are the main things you need to keep in mind.
-You can only take one 2* Pokemon or two 1* pokemon.
-You must buy their Friend area. For others you'll get it when you befriendthem.
-You need to be at a higher level then the Pokemon you are trying to befriend.
-The higher your rank the higher the chances.
-Keep trying!!!
PS You can check your * size under Menu, Team, choos Pokemon, Summary, Info screen.

You can only recruit them after you have beaten the game. Level 36 but they need to go to the Luminouse cave before they can evolve.

It is very hard to get them on the first try. Some are easier than others. You have to keep beating them. Both wartortle and charmeleon evolve at level 36.

Recruiting the lendary birds are a little bit difficult. But try recruiting Zapdos first. And Wartortle evolves at level at about lv.37,or 38, but I can't remember what level charmeleon evolves.
