Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

This is for me and my friend we have 2 of the bird Pokemon but we can't get the 3rd one for some reason I have tryed friend bow fighting him with 3,2 and 1 Pokemon and still wont join he has a recruit rate of 30% and for the others to so if you have anything that could help pls help me.

Well make sure the team you fight with has a size of ** or less because the birds are **** each then make sure the leader takes the final blow.

It helps if:-your a dead high rank (lukario 15,000 points)
a high level( lvl 0-29 Bonus: 0%
lvl 30-39 Bonus:5%
lvl 40-49 Bonus:7.5%
lvl 50-59 Bonus: 10%
lvl 60-69 Bonus: 12.5%
lvl 70-79 Bonus:15%
lvl 80-89 Bonus: 17.5%
lvl 90-100 Bonus: 24%

A high level improves your chance of recruiting by a certain %

He won't join you because there's not enough space...you should battle alone if you can and capable.

With legendarys, it is luck to get them, when they have below a 50% chance of joining, wich they all do.
