I have two questions.
1.What is Phanpy's friend area?
2.Does Squirtle ever learn Hydro Pump,or does Blastoise learn it?

1.The desert area? Maybe...not sure...just buy all of the friend area so you don't need to worry. That's what I did. 2.Yes. Even if it's in squirtle form he can learn it.
1)Phanpy's friend area is Safari!
2)Squirtle at Level 47, Wartortle at Level 53, and Blastiose at Level 68. Might as well wait until Squirtle gets it, then evolve him up. Also, Blastoise ONLY can learn Hydro Cannon at Level 99 if he's got an IQ of 7 at least, which he better by then or your guilty of bad parenting-LOL!
