Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Me again.how do I defeat articuno?he defeats me or pikachu in 3 turns.
Here are details to be more specific:
Squirtle lvl.23 hp75
Attacks:bubble watergun withdraw rapidspin

Pikachu lvl.23 hp77
Attacks:quickattack doubleteam shockwave slam

Articuno is extremely hard,so please answer fast.

Have your Pikachu use Quick attack on the first turn. (if possible) Do not have your pikachu use double team. Have your squirle use bubble before he is one square away from you the finish him with water gun, slam, shaockwave, and bubble.

I would really suggest leaveling up a tad mor elike to lv 25 then try again if you still can't beat him let me know

I shoud get a link box and link all your moves together.(the moves of pikatchu to if you can) then you can do much damage in les moves.

Teach pikachu thunderbolt and thundershock. Take out double team and quiickattak. Teach squirtle slam and bubbleebeam and take out withdraw and watergun. Also articuno is level 53 so bring reviver seeds and oran berries. If you have low health if he hurts you a lot then he will go a little eisier on you. Keep that and you should beat him from 2-5 trys.

Well pikachu's shockwave will be helpfull but level up a bit more, like 30 and try again. Articuno is not hard if you have fire type with you.

You shuld just keep using bubble and watergun. You should leveling up too. Good luck
