You can't get Skarmory in Mt.Steel! You must have beaten the game and unlocked Western Cave , Skarmory roam 40 - 49F , or Wish Cave 18 - 19F.

cyber_john3000 answered:

You could try the dungeon where you saved the diglet.
Yes he will learn a new move

Nintendo Rules answered:

If you train him enough.

Nintendo Rules answered:

I'm not sure. The only time I saw him was when I rescued diglett. And I alraedy beat rayquaza

Judicator328 answered:

1. You will find him on floors 40-49 of Western Cave and on floors 18-19 of Wish Cave. 2. I'm not sure, try evolving him.

pimpblue answered:

NO, you don't! Skarmory can be recruited at Purity Forest IF you got the guts!
Floor 15!

BBG_CREECAT answered:

Skarmory will be gone from Mt. Steel if you return, so yes you must wait until the end of the main story mode to gain access to the locations he's at. As far as Cyndaquil/Quilava/Typhlosion-they all learn the same moves, it just takes longer to get them at the higher evolutions, so if you want the moves, stay with Cyndaquil until Level 46, when he gets the final moves Flamethrower. It would be Level 54 as Quilava, and Level 60 as Typhlosion to get Flamethrower, but no "new" moves he wouldn't get as the other evolutions.
