Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Does anyone know how to evolve a Pokemon to their 2nd form? Many thanks to any1 who aswers.Also does anyone know an easier way to beat Rayquaza? He keeps usingTwist and it makes me cringe and he does alot of damage.Is ANYTHING his weakness?I'm Charmander.Sorry this is so long but thanks to anyone who answers.

You can evolve after you beat the game and saved the Pokemon world from the meteor. A cave will open at whiscash pond and you must go there alone. You can evolve if you are in the right level or holding the right item.

Ice type attacks is far more the best to beat Rayquaza.

Only after beating rayquaza and the pond north of the town and rayquazas weakness are Dragon and Ice type moves

To evolve a Pokemon into their second form, 1st you must beat rayquazza. Then a hole will open at whiscash pond. Go there and if your Pokemon is at the right level it will evolve!

Raquazza's weaknesses are ice and electric, anything else I don't think will do very much damage! Try teaching a Pokemon shock wave or ice beam that should help!

P.S if you have th tm attract, then teach it to a Pokemon and use it, becuse it is very useful!!

You need to beat Rayquazza first and then you can evolve?
Try to use ice and dragon moves if you can they are his weakness.

You just go to Luminous Cave(evolving place) directly North of Whishcash Pond
At the TOP of Town Square. Go in there with the Pokemon you want to evolve at the RIGHT LEVEL he needs to evolve at,or the right item he needs to hold, and enter with him as your LEADER(YOU) and dismiss your other Pokemon on your team!
Enter and pick no item, then pick evolve if the Pokemon DOESN'T require an item to evolve! If the Pokemon DOES require an item to evolve, say YES to the item question in the cave and if he needs another item, say YES again!

I was a charmander to but the only thing that you need to do is get a link box (usualy is there one on your way to the top) Link your moves and....

Pimpblue-how the heck is he going to evolve if he can't beat Rayquazza?!? Happy to see you around again, but what was that answer? I guess you just we're trying to answer quickly or fill in blanks, but the questioner needs to beat Ray first, let's worry about that before anything else! Great answer, though, just off timed, but still great! I'm not trying to harass you, you are one of the best answers out there we know this already-and now even a Mod! Keep up the good work, really, we are on the same side, just so you know! Fell free to smack me out of a daze-off, please, I hate when I forget because it's so long ago (then I remember driving to the store or in bed-D'OH!), but we all do it. Please take no offense as none is intended!!
Ice Beam is very good against Rayquazza, make sure you have a Pokemon who can learn it with you(didn't mention your partner), and just limit it to that one move if necessary. Dragon is a weakness, but I doubt you have any dragon moves to use. Electric, hopefully paralyzing him early on, may be your best bet-Shock Wave will never miss, Thunderwave will paralyze it for sure! Good luck! Once you beat him, follow pimpblue's excellent instructions on evolution, but you must beat Rayquazza first to use them!
