Can you evolve Pokemon and if you can,what level 'cause i want to evolve squirtle and pikachu.

You can evolve pokemon. Only after you beat rayquaza though. After you beat him luminous cave opens up. It's near wishcash pond. You have togive items to evolve.

Yes you can evolve.After defeating Rayquaza and saving the Pokemon world from the meteor..a cave will open in whiscash pond it's called the Luminous Cave..there you can evolve at a certein level and or with something that must be hold while evolving. You must enter there alone. CJ3000
