Open the menu, and under "Others," you will see "Recruitment Search." It is a list of the Pokemon on that floor that can join your rescue team because you have unlocked their Friend Area(s).

Recruit is when a Pokemon joins your team your rank lvl and certain items mak it more easy if you want to know who you can get go on menu then others then recruitment search some Pokemon will join your team without fighting
