Beat them once and then beat the game and save the Pokemon world from the metoer after that go back to their dungeon and recruit them Zapdos is far moe the easiest to recruit.

You have to beat them twice to recruit them(after you beat Rayquaza)but it might take more then 1 try recruiting them.

You must defeat them after you beat raquaza to recruit them. I got Zapdos 2nd try, Moltres 3rd try, and Articuno 6th try.
