I can only type what I can remember. Moltres - Mt.Blaze(second time you battle him)
Zapdos - My.Thunder(second time aswell)
Articuno - Mt.Freeze(second too)
Mewtwo - Western Cave(second Time)
Mew - Buried Relic floors 36-99, Music Box needed. Entei - fiery Field(second time)
Raikou - lightning field (second time)
Suicune - water(i can't remeber the name so I type it water) field(second time)
Lugia - Sliver Trench (second time)
Ho-oh - Mt.Faraway (second time)
Celebi - Purity forest
Regisrock - Buried Relic
Refisteel - Buried Relic
Regice - Buried Relic
Latios/Latias - They will join you after you save latias at Pitfall Valley
Groudon - Magma Cavern
Kyogre - Stormy Sea
Rayquaza - Sky Tower
Jirachi - Wish Cave
Deoxys - Metero Cave
