I keep on going to the buried relic and Regirock,Regice,and Registeel don't let me recruit them an I have a freind bow and I'm a platinum rank and everytime I go there I go to recruitment search when I am trying to recruit them but it blocked so help me please and thanks to anyone who helps me.

You can recruit them after you catch Mew or cleared the bureid relic. You must have their friend area too.
Do you have only 3 or less people, did you kill it, next to it when you killed it, are you on the right floor when you went to recruitment search?
