Well you can get them after beating Rayquaza the first time. Here's are ther locations

Zappy = Mt.thunder Peak

Molty = Mt.Blaza Peak

Arty = Mt.Freeze Peak

Mewtwo = Western cave at floor 99(you can't get him the first time you have to go back again)

Mew = Buried Relic(After obtaining the three rocks and combined them together to form the music box seearch for Mew in floors 36-99)

Entei/Raikoi/Suicune and Ho-oh = After obtaining the clear wing from spinda, go finish the task by clearing the theree dungeons and then to Ho-oh nest. You can't get them the first time and you will have to go back. Lugia = After recruiting the three birds talk to Alakazam and then go back to their friend area and you will hbe given an item to get in to the Dungeon for Lugia, you can't get him the first time so you have to go back

Latios/Latias = One day kecleon's shop will be robbed and you will have to do a job that includes confronting Latios ans then you will have to save Latias. They will join your team as reward for your help. Groudon = Go back to magma caver, bring the friend bow since gorudy has -10% of joining you.

Kyogre = Talk to whiscash and then he will give you the tm dive and you will gain acces to a dungeon, there's kyogres nest, beat him then go back to recruit him.

Rayquaza = Go back to his Dungeon and try to recruit him he has -10% of joining you so bring the friend bow.

Deoxys = After the meteor struck a cave openend, there is Deoxys nest, go battle him at level 99 and then go backk to recuit him again. Jirachi = Wish cave, clear the dungeon first then go back and go to floor 40 there's jirachi sleeping

Celebi = Clear the dungeon of Purity forest and there is Celebi at the end and will join you.

Ok, well you will need to go see Wigglytuff in the Town Square, and buy the friend areas. You will have to have seen those Pokemon though, but you will need Legendary Island, because most of those Pokemon are Legendarys. They all have a very poor chance of wanting to join your team though, and you will want to get a friend Bow to make your chance of getting them greater. I am not sure on which Friend area, you need fo the rest of the starter Pokemon, but they are hard to get aswell. You will first have to defeat, the Legendarys, in order for them to want to join your team, so beat the game, then go back and battle them to see if they will join your team, and you will have to try a lot, but make sure you have a friend bow on, or your chance will be even harder. Ok. You have a lot of Pokemon there. Ha ha. The starters you can get at Fiery Field (Charmander), Joyous Tower (Eevee), (Psyduck), (Treecko), (Torchic), (Pichu), (Chikorita), (Cyndaquil), (Skitty), Southern Cavern (Cubone), Waterfall Pond (Mudkip), (Totodile), Wyvern Hill (Totodile), Western Cave (Meowth), Wish Cave (Machop). I will also tell you how to get the legendaries. Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno are in Mt. Thunder, Mt. Blaze, and Frosty Forest respectively. To get them you must beat them and they will join your team. Articuno is level 50+ so it will be harder to get it. You don't need a Friend Area for them. Some Pokemon come with it. Groudon is at Magma Cavern. He is very, very hard to get on his team. Kyogre is at Stormy Sea. To get to Stormy Sea you must talk to Medicham, then Lombre, then Whiscash. He will give you Dive. You must have it in your inventory or have a Pokemon know it to go there. Rayquaza is very, very hard to get also. He comes with his Friend Area and is at Sky Tower. Ho-oh is easy to get. He is at Mt. Faraway. To get there, successfully get through all through Solar Cave without dying or escaping and wait for Spinda to come into Pokemon Square. He/she will give you the Clear Wing and tell you to go to Fiery Field. Go up to Great Canyon first and see Xatu. He will tell you to go to Fiery Field. Go there with the HM Surf which you get over water at the 20th floor of Solar Cave. Beat Entei and go to Lightning Field. Beat Raikou there and he will direct you to Northwind Field. Beat Suicune and then you will have to go to Mt. Faraway to beat Ho-oh. It requires more than 1 encounter to get. Lugia is at Silver Trench 99th floor. Talk to Alakazam when you have all three Legendary Birds. Then go to Legendary Island. The birds will make the Vortex Stone. To go there you must have Dive and must go there twice to get Lugia. Entei, Suicune, and Raikou can be found at Fiery, Lightning, and Northwind Field. I have already explained this. Latias and Latios can be found after beating Pitfall Valley and Northern Range. One day after beating Solar Cave the purple Kecleon will say that all of his TMs and HMs were stolen. You will be directed towards Northern Range by Alakazam. After beating Latios he will say his sister is stuck in the Pitfall Valley. Beat that and save Latias and they will join you team for free. Jirachi is found at Wish Cave. Once you get the Friend Area Sky Blue Plains from a random mission, talk to Ekans and Medicham at the pond. Do a mission and come back. Talk to them again. Do another few missions and then you will find Ekans at the Post Office. There will be a message on the Bulletin Board from Ekans to save Medicham on the 20th floor. Accept it to gain access to Wish Cave. When you go there you will lose all money that is not in your bank and you must start at level 1. It's pretty hard to make it to the 99th floor. You have to save Medicham and then come back when you have the Wish Stone (which is the reward for saving Medicham) and defeat Jirachi. When you beat him you can either get him on your team or say no and if you have the Wish Stone, you can get a wish from Jirachi. Deoxys is only obtainable at Meteor Cave. To unlock Meteor Cave, you must recruit Lugia. To recruit Deoxys you must be at least level 80 or 65 with the Friend Bow. Mew, Regice, Regirock, and Registeel are at Buried Relic. To get to Buried Relic, you will find a mail in you mailbox after beating Solar Cave and talk to Shiftry. He will tell you about the location of Buried Relic. To get the regis, you must beat them each once, one on the 15th floor, one on the 25th floor, and one on the 35th floor. You will get a special item part from each. Then you will have the Music Box. DON'T USE IT! KEEP IT IN YOUR INVENTORY! If you use it, it will disappear. After the 35th floor, you can randomly find Mew. Right before you get to the end, you will see that, "Mew used Transform" if he didn't earlier. It is very hard and he can appear twice before the end of the dungeon. He might not even appear at all. Celebi (one you forgot) is found at Purity Forest. You can only take one Pokemon, no items or held items, no money, and can get no Pokemon on your team during it except for Celebi at the 99th floor. It is obtainable by getting Latios and Latias on your team and beating Solar Cave. There is one bonus Pokemon, Gardevoir! She's only level 5 though which kinda stinks. But you unlock a new dungeon to get it. After saving Gardevoir, talk to Ekans and Medicham. Do a mission and Gengar will appear at your base. You have to take him to Ninetales on top of Mt. Freeze which is kinda hard because he's only level 25. But the level that your Pokemon should be will make it easier. Then you will have to go to Murky Cave and get Gengar to the 20th floor. After this you will have to answer some questions. It doesn't matter what you say. At your base tomorrow, Gardevoir will join your team. Whew! That took a lot of work to do. But I hope it helped. Latias and Latios can join if you want them to but you need southen island first. 1 beat Latios. 2 save Latias and tada they will ask if they can join. Hope this help.
