Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I realy want to now how to get other team mates and if you can trade in game with other realy people at the moment I'm about level 13 and my partner 12 we are already bronze medal team or some thing like that so if you could help pleas ok

Well you ought need to buy their Friend Area's first before you could recruit them, as for legendary Pokemon you will unlock them as soon as you recruited the pokemon.
