HM Fly is located in Solar cave,you need a key and I think it's in either floor 30 or 45
HM Fly is NOT in Solar Cave... Only HMs Surf, Waterfall and Dive are there. To get HM Fly, go to Wyvern Hill. HM Fly is at Floor 30 and you need a KEY which you can get from Solar Cave. If you don't have Wyvern Hill yet, you unlock it by getting the friend area "Dragon Cave". Here is the WM code if you need it:
