Hey, is there a way to visit Xatu after the game? And also, how do I unlock Mt. Faraway? Thankks

If your task is to visit him, yes but if you just go there for fun no....

When you have the Clear wing from Spinda, you must clear three dungeons then acces to Mt.Faraway is open.

There isn't a way to visit Xatu after the game , it will visit your team base after you completed silver trench and it has finished shopping in Pokemon square.
Mt.Faraway can be unlocked after you have completed Northwind Field
